The Steamboat Iced Tea is a refreshing vodka-based cocktail that blends the flavors of iced tea with citrusy and sweet notes. Typically made with vodka, iced tea, lemon juice, and simple syrup, it offers a smooth and slightly tangy taste, making it a perfect choice for warm weather. Served over ice in a tall glass and garnished with a lemon wedge, it’s a light and easygoing drink with a classic Southern charm.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Woodborne Spirits Vodka
  • 1/2 oz rum
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz triple sec (orange liqueur)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • A splash of cola (to top)
  • Ice
  • Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glass: Fill a tall glass (such as a highball or collins glass) with ice.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Add the Woodborne Spirits Vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the glass.
  3. Stir: Give the drink a good stir to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Top with cola: Add a splash of cola to the glass to give it the signature “tea” color.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
